A confidentiality agreement and a valid proof of funds are required to receive an unsanitized list of assets from the compiler. Compiler accepts the following Proof of fund documents:

• Verification of Deposit Form from U.S. Banking Institution
• Affidavit Letter from Attorney
• Funding Commitment Letter from Bank or Hard Money Lender
